इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का बडा फ़ैसला-मुख्य सचिव को आदेश सभी नौकरशाहों और सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए उनके बच्चों को सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालय मे पढवाना अनिवार्य किया जाय. हाईकोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया कि ऐसी व्यवस्था की जाए कि अगले शिक्षासत्र से इसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित हो सके. हाईकोर्ट ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि जिन नौकरशाहों और सरकारी कर्मचारियों के बच्चे प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढे उनके वेतनसे फ़ीस के बराबर की कटौती करके उसे प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के विकास में लगाएं. आदेश न्यायमूर्ति सुधीर अग्रवाल की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ ने शिवकुमार पाठक और अन्य की याचिका पर दिया.अभी - अभी
इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय का सरकारी स्कूलों की  गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिये सरकार को आदेश ! कहा सरकारी अफसर व जनप्रतिनिधि पढायें अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में ! जिसके लिये सरकार को ६ महीने में कानून बनाने के दिये आदेश ! आदेश की अवहेलना पर कड़ी कार्यवाही की दी हिदायत !
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का अहम आदेश-सरकारी कर्मियों के बच्चे प्राथमिक स्कूलों में पढ़ेंगे,सरकारी वेतन पाने वालों के लिए हाईकोर्ट के आदेश, ऐमपी,एमएलए ,आईएएस के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल जाएंगे,कांवेंट में पढ़ाया तो सरकारी खजाने में देना होगा पैसा,कांवेंट के खर्च के बराबर सरकारी खजाने में देना होगा,मुख्य सचिव को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने दिए आदेश,6 महीने में व्यवस्था को लागू करने के हाईकोर्ट के आदेश
