DAને મૂળ પગારમાં સામેલ કરવા માંગ .

નહિતર કર્મચારીઓને પગાર પંચની ભલામણોનો લાભ નહી મળે...

   નવી દિલ્‍હી તા.૧૧ : કેન્‍દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓનો સો ટકા મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થાને મૂળ પગારમાં સામેલ કરવાની માંગ કોંગ્રેસે કરી છે. પક્ષનું કહેવુ છે કે, સરકાર જાણી જોઇને મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થાને મુળ પગાર સામેલ કરી રહી નથી. જયારે યુપીએ સરકારે મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થાને મુળભુત પગારમાં સામેલ કરવા માટે સમિતિનું ગઠન કરી દીધુ હતુ.

   પક્ષના પ્રવકતા અને દિલ્‍હી પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ અધ્‍યક્ષ અજય માકને કહ્યુ કે, છઠ્ઠુ પગારપંચ લાગુ કરતા સમયે તે નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્‍યુ હતુ કે, મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થુ ૧૦૦ ટકા થવા પર મુળભુત પગારમાં સામેલ કરવામાં આવશે પરંતુ હાલમાં તો મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થુ ૧૧૯ ટકા છે પરંતુ સરકાર મુળ પગારમાં તેને સામેલ કરી રહી નથી. સરકારે બે દિવસ પહેલા જ મોંઘવારી ભથ્‍થાને ૧૧૩ ટકાની વધારીને ૧૧૯ ટકા કરવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો છે.

   કોંગ્રેસનું કહેવુ છે કે, ડીએને મુળભુત પગારમાં સામેલ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો પંચની ભલામણોનો પુરતો લાભ મળશે નહી ઉદાહરણ તરીકે જોઇએ તો પગારપંચ ૪૦ ટકા વિકાસની ભલામણ કરે છે. કોઇ કર્મચારીનો મુળ પગાર ૧૦૦ રૂ. છે. એવામાં કર્મચારીને ફકત ૪૦ રૂ.નો જ ફાયદો થશે. જયારે ડીએના સામેલ થવાથી કર્મચારીને ૮૦ રૂ.નો ફાયદો થશે.
